In Year 6, we have been learning about the Ancient Egyptians.

We have found out a lot about their beliefs and funereal practices.

On Thursday, we began the mummification process with our fish pharaohs. We washed, anointed, removed organs and placed in natron salt.

‍

We now need to leave the body for forty days until the next step of the process!
