Welcome back Shell class families!

Our new topic is 'Mother Earth' and we started the week learning about ways that we can look after the planet.

We made posters to encourage people to recycle. Encourage this at home- what bin should you use for different materials?

In Maths we have been learning about halving objects. We problem solved by halving apples so that we had enough for everyone and created shapes with playdough and cut them in half.

‍

There are no new sounds to learn in Reception. Keep practising the sounds in the red home learning book- either verbally or written. Please encourage correct letter formation.

‍

Our class assembly is on Thursday 22nd May. Letters will follow with the children's line to learn and what to wear.
