In Art, we have been working on different skills before making our own weaving.

First, we had to experiment with mixing cold and warm colours. Then, we discussed hot and cold colours and drew a landscape using warm and cold colours.

Then, we practised how to make simple weavings using strips of paper. We had to cut the lines on the white paper and then explore different patterns going under and

over.

Finally, we used plastic fencing, woold an ribbon to create our own weaving with different patterns and thinking about including warm and/or cold colours.
