Shell Class read 'The Paper Bag Princess' by Robert Munsch and explored a world where fire breathing dragons burn clothes and castles. We were inspired to make our own paper clothes and built castles using 3d shapes.

In phonics we have learnt the sounds 'ee' and 'igh.'

The children have worked so hard this half term and are really beginning to apply their phonics in their writing. Encourage this at home- don't worry if the word isn't spelt correctly at this stage.
