A Mindful Moment
Today in Nursery, we embraced mindfulness and took some time to focus on feeling calm and relaxed. It was a wonderful experience!
We started by taking off our socks and shoes and dipping our feet into warm, soapy water. The gentle sensation of the water made us smile and helped us feel at ease. As we enjoyed this soothing activity, we talked about the things that make us feel calm and relaxed. Some of us mentioned cuddling our favorite toys, reading stories, or spending time with our families.
To add an extra touch of magic, Mrs. Wilson blew bubbles! Watching the bubbles float through the air was mesmerizing. We focused on their gentle movement, taking deep breaths as we watched them pop, which helped us feel even more peaceful.
It was a beautiful moment to pause and appreciate how simple activities can help us feel grounded and calm. Why not try a mindful activity at home? Itβs a great way to unwind together as a family.
