This week in Science we have been thinking about the types of weather that we would expect to see in the Autumn.

We talked about the grey overcast clouds, how it is starting to get windier and also how we are dressing for the rain as we expect quite a lot of it in Autumn.

The children wrote sentences to say what weather they could see in the Autumn.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be thinking about tracking the weather. We want you to start thinking about how light and dark it is, particularly before you go bed in the evening and when you wake up in the morning.

Talk to someone at home- is it light when you go to bed or is it dark when you go to bed? Is it getting lighter or darker? What do you think you will see over the next couple of weeks? How is this different to when you went to bed in the Summer?
