Yesterday,we visited Waterstones in Lewisham for World Book Day. The staff welcomed us, asked about our World Book Day costumes and asked about our favourite books. They showed us the World Book Day titles and helped us explore new stories and authors. We each chose a free book and paid for it using our tokens at the counter. We enjoyed looking around the shop, discovering exciting reads and chatting with the friendly booksellers. Everyone left feeling excited to read their new books and dress up for the occasion today!
