Today was a very special day in Shell class, as we performed our very first assembly for our families! The children did a fantastic job sharing their learning with confidence and enthusiasm.

We explored lots of wonderful ideas about growth. Roman told us that some things grow from seeds, and Donte explained that some living things grow from eggs. The children spoke so clearly and proudly—it was lovely to see their confidence shining through.

A highlight of our assembly was sharing what we have learned about the life cycle of a caterpillar. We have all really enjoyed watching our own caterpillars grow and change over time. The children were fascinated to see how a tiny caterpillar transforms into a beautiful butterfly, and they did a brilliant job explaining this process to everyone.

Every child said their lines beautifully and sang their hearts out during our songs. Their energy, smiles, and teamwork made the assembly truly special.

Well done, Shell Class! We are incredibly proud of you, and we know your families are too.
