Pebble Class made our own Stick Men this week. Thank you for all the sticks you sent in! The children were very creative and used their fine motor skills winding wool and pipe cleaners around the body to make arms, legs, hair and clothes! They enjoyed retelling the story and acting it out with their characters. "I'm not a boomerang! I am Stickman and I want to go home to the family tree!" For maths we worked on '5 and a bit' as we learned about 6 and 7! 5 and one more, 5 and two more! Can you show this on your fingers? How about with objects?
