London Transport Museum 18/05/2026
On Monday, we had a fantastic and memorable trip to the London Transport Museum, where we began our day with an engaging tour exploring the history of London’s transport system and enjoying a range of interactive exhibits and historic vehicles, including a stamp trail! We particularly enjoyed receiving a replica bus ticket from a Gibson machine. A highlight of our visit was taking part in the Caribbean Journeys workshop, where we explored the experiences and contributions of Caribbean communities to London’s transport network and wider culture, prompting thoughtful discussion and reflection. After lunch, we headed outside into Covent Garden, where we were entertained by a lively street performer; some of us were even invited to participate in the show!
