As part of our topic, 'Let's be Farmers', we have been learning about planting, growing, fruits and vegetables. We have also been learning about the parts of a plant we can and cannot eat. This week, we have talked about seasonal fruit and which fruit can grow in England and which fruits need a warmer climate. We ended the week by making a fruit kebab. The children chopped, peeled, sliced and cut the fruit. They finally got to enjoy eating them!
