Exploring Clay!
We learned about the celebration of Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights. We made rangoli patterns with jewels and gems. Rangoli means lines of colour! We really enjoyed exploring clay and making little tea light holders. These can be for any celebration you would like to use them for!
We also played on the big climbing frame one afternoon and looked after each other so well.
After the half term break we will explore all of the many pumpkins you have sent in. Thank you so much!!
Pebble class has been doing a lot of work on honesty and the importance of telling the truth. Please continue this conversation with your child at home.
The children have also been learning to be more independent with putting on coats and doing up zips. One child demonstrated to the class how to take their coat off by tugging at the sleeves so the sleeves don't turn inside out. Please practise this at home with them!
Have a wonderful half term break everyone!
