A Fun and Active PE Lesson!
In PE, we started with warm-up exercises to get our bodies ready. These warm-ups helped to stretch our muscles, increase our heart rate, and get us ready to be active.
After warming up, we moved on to a range of fun physical activities. We practised balancing, which tested our focus and control, and enjoyed jumping and hopping, which helped improve our strength, coordination, and agility. Everyone tried their best, and it was great to see how we encouraged each other and worked on improving our skills.
To make the lesson even more interesting, we finished by playing a game linked with mathematics. This activity combined physical movement with quick thinking, as we had to solve maths problems while staying active. It was a brilliant way to show that learning can happen anywhere—even in PE!
