On Monday, we visited Waterstones Book Shop in Lewisham. Our visit was part of our whole school celebrations for WBD 2026. We were given a warm welcome by Alice, who explained what she does as one of the team of shop assistants. After a tour of the shop, we were invited to purchase a book using our WBD book token. We all managed to find the book we wanted. With a bag full of new books, we made our way back to school. A wonderful start to a busy week of book based activities!🤩
